25 Most Socially Engaged Companies in 2016

CS Recruiting is #19 on this years list of the most socially engaged staffing agencies on LinkedIn. This is a huge accomplishment for the Executive Recruitment Agency and well-deserved recognition. A social presence is becoming more and more important today in Recruiting, and to be a part of the list, is a major milestone. With LinkedIn’s 460MM members, it’s a great acknowledgment and testament that CS Recruiting is sending the right messages and reaching the correct audience. “We’ve always worked hard to continue to grow our network on LinkedIn,” says Charlie Saffro, Founder and VP of Recruiting. “Getting to 30,000 followers has always been a goal of ours, but we’ve already exceeded that and have our eyes set on 50,000.” Keeping the team engaged on the network has proved to be a huge ingredient in the Company’s success. How did LinkedIn determine who made the list: LinkedIn looked at many different metrics and created their own methodology in creating the list. LinkedIn took into account the social reach, employee engagement, employment brand, and content marketing power. They did this by investigating thousands of data points, over the past year, for more than 60,000 Search and Staffing companies listed on LinkedIn.
