Telematics Sales Manager (Remote)
As a Sales Manager, our client is counting on you to lead their sales team to reach ambitious acquisition and revenue goals. If you’re a phone call phenom, enjoy connecting with current and potential partners, can’t wait to catch the next big fish, and get animated (dance party anyone?) every time you see a “sold” sign, our client wants to chat with you!

Job Type: Full-time/ Work from home

  • Prospect, qualify, sell, and close client accounts.  
  • Meet quarterly and annual acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Engage and maintain perspective client relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond. 
  • Provide engaging and consultative solutions to prospective clients.
  • Conduct one-on-ones and team meetings with sales reps..
  • Scout out potential clients and new opportunities for existing clients.
  • Compile forecasting and sales reports on a regular basis.
  • Maintain prospective and current customer database.
  • Strategize with the marketing team to identify new ways to engage current and potential customers utilizing sales and customer data.
  • Develop sales strategies and determine sales goals.

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience managing and directing a sales team in video telematics and or telecommunications.
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Effective at expanding customer outreach.
  • Successful at managing individual and team goals to exceed quotas.
  • Experience planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with a CRM system.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
  • Desire to always deliver amazing customer experiences.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (this is a plus, but not necessary).
  • Willing to travel.
