Inside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time; Onsite

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and building a pipeline of shippers.
  • Following up on warm leads and turning them into accounts.
  • Quoting freight, negotiating rates, and closing business.
  • Working with our carrier sales team to move freight with confidence.
  • Using CRM tools to track progress, set goals, and drive growth.

Experience:
  • Sales-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Previous logistics, transportation, or B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable on the phones – this is not a behind-the-scenes role.
  • Organized, competitive, and hungry to win.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-first culture.
