Senior Field Sales Representative (Chassis)
As a Senior Field Sales Representative within our client’s organization, you will continue to drive sales growth and maintain customer satisfaction through strategic customer interactions. This role provides additional structure and responsibilities to your existing position, allowing you to leverage your expertise in their sales efforts further.

Job Type: Full-time/work from home

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Visits: Schedule and conduct a minimum of 7 face-to-face meetings per week with potential and existing customers. Prioritize visits based on customer needs, sales opportunities, and geographical proximity.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Continuously refine and implement structured sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. Adapt strategies as needed based on market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. Highlight key features and benefits to address customer pain points and drive sales.
  • Negotiation and Pricing: Utilize advanced negotiation skills to optimize pricing and terms of sale, maximizing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Be prepared to address customer objections and concerns effectively.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to coordinate efforts and streamline processes. Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities,  customer interactions, and accurate sales forecasts using our CRM software. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Take a leadership role in mentoring and coaching junior sales team members. Share best practices, provide guidance, and support their development to help them achieve their sales goals.
  • Strategic Liaison: Act as a liaison between the sales team and upper management. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Experience:
  • 3+ years of related sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
