Sales Enablement Manager
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for empowering the sales team to achieve their goals through effective tools, training, processes, and strategies. This role will oversee the development and implementation of resources, insights, and support systems to improve sales efficiency and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data- driven, and experienced in leveraging CRM platforms and analytics to optimize sales processes.

Responsibilities:
  • KPI and Metric Development:
    • Develop and maintain sales KPI dashboards to track performance and provide actionable insights.
    • Create pipeline metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor sales progress and identify opportunities.
    • Conduct won/loss analysis to refine strategies and enhance decision-making.
  • Sales Tools and Systems:
    • Manage and own the Zoho CRM platform, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and adoption across the team.
    • Implement and oversee digital workflows for NDAs, contracts, and implementation processes.
    • Ensure efficient Zoho CRM usage and create training materials to maximize its effectiveness.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Establish and refine sales processes, including lead generation programs, sales questionnaires, and sales process flows.
    • Create and maintain a deal desk model to assist with pricing, contracts, and deal structuring.
    • Act as a conduit for contract and pricing workflows between sales and other departments.
  • Sales Team Support:
    • Design and manage sales contests to drive team engagement and motivation.
    • Coordinate and administer sales compensation plans in alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Track account manager performance and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) completion.
    • Escalate sales blockers to management and provide solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Training and Development:
    • Develop and deliver ongoing sales training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
    • Organize workshops to align the sales team with updated processes, tools, and strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on lead programs and messaging.
    • Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and training for new sales team members.
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or a similar role.
  • Strong background in CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
  • Proven track record of improving sales efficiency through process and tool optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI software).
