Logistics Sales Executive (Remote)
Our client is looking for experienced brokers who want more opportunity for growth as well as earning potential. The right candidate can work remotely, hybrid or in office. Our client is looking for someone who wants to manage their own book of business or build an office/team around it. There’s nothing our client’s company can’t support. They’re here to partner with the right people and put them in a better spot. - Up to 50% split on gross profit (best-in-class compensation structure!) - No caps on compensation (our top brokers consistently make >$300k take-home per year) - No chargebacks, hidden fees, etc. - Complete end-to-end admin support (accounting, collections, technology, operations, HR) - Long track record, we’ve been in the business for over 20 years on track to exceed 350mm this year!

Job Type: Full-time/ Work from home

  • Bring on your book of business.
  • Handle your customers’ needs from the time it’s booked to the time it’s delivered.
  • Build customer relationships.
  • Deliver unparalleled communication, dependability, and professionalism.  
  • This role can either just do the customer sales selling aspect or cradle to grave- our client’s company has teams to support both roles.
  • Once established, this person has the ability to start their own team or office.

  • 18+ months of brokerage experience.
  • Energetic, outgoing personality.
  • Love of building relationships.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong book of business.
  • Customer-sales facing .
  • Understand carrier execution but not required.

This position offers a competitive base salary.
