Logistics Sales Executive
Our client is seeking a successful, driven Sales Executive to pursue and cultivate new business relationships in Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. They need an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who can support their rapidly growing freight forwarding business. Not only is this role financially rewarding, but it also provides an opportunity for future growth and career advancement within our client’s sales organization. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong desire to solve customer freight issues, meet or exceed sales goals, positive attitude, persistent and relentless.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients and foster new sales opportunities by identifying key decision makers then determining the appropriate approach for each potential client.
  • Create customer centric solutions utilizing our portfolio of services.
  • Manage customer expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
  • Ensure commitments to clients are met, working with internal operations groups and following through on commitments.
  • Self-educate on industry trends and Visible Logistics best practices to provide solutions that add value and efficiencies within the customer's supply chain.

Experience:
  • 1-2+ years of Domestic or Freight Forwarding sales experience (Outside Sales) is preferred, but not required
  • A can-do attitude and ability to achieve win-win outcomes for company and clients
  • Superior communication skills – including listening and speaking/writing
  • Strong negotiation skills with an assertive and competitive demeanor
  • The confidence to close a sale

This position offers a competitive base salary.
