Logistics Sales Executive
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics Sales Executive to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly within the transportation or logistics industry. They will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities while leveraging existing relationships to maximize net revenue and foster long-term partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned territory or verticals.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects for business development efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at prospective and existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to maximize net revenue margin while delivering value to customers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • A strong network of contacts and relationships within the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to change.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite.
