Inside Sales Representative
This role will need to possess an entrepreneurial mindset who desires
full range support for building your book of business and maximizing your potential. This role is responsible for cold calling and will be on the phones most of the day.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a pipeline of clients.
  • Perform sales activities such as phone cold calling and emails at a high volume.
  • Conduct follow up calls to assigned accounts.
  • Problem solve with customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • Develop new and grow existing partnerships with clients and vendors through cold calling generated by external lead sources.
Experience:
  • Minimum of one-year experience as a broker/transportation solutions provider (in sales) with an established customer base.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset who desires full range support for building your book of business and maximizing your potential.
  • Provide excellent customer service and are an effective communicator who is easily accessible.
  • Excel at and enjoy managing relationships with customers.
  • Savvy at negotiating rates based on market conditions.
  • Naturally motivated and skilled salesperson who is driven to build your book by acquiring new customers daily.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys a competitive, team-based atmosphere.
  • Strong multi-tasker who is adept at navigating multiple computer systems.
  • Experience using CRM and TMS systems.
  • Familiar with using KPI’s as a measure of performance and accountability.
  • Driven by a high moral and ethical compass.
