Head of SaaS Business Unit
As the Head of SaaS Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our client’s Software as a Service (SaaS) strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and performance of the company’s SaaS products, ensuring they align with the company's overall goals and contribute to customer success.

Responsibilities:
Take a hands-on approach to acquiring new clients, leveraging industry knowledge and a deep understanding of customer needs. Serve as a point of contact for strategic clients and collaborate with account executives to drive sales.
Develop and execute a comprehensive SaaS strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to bring innovative SaaS solutions to market.
Build and lead a high-performing SaaS team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure individual and collective success.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
Work closely with the customer success team to understand customer feedback, address issues, and continuously improve the user experience of the company’s SaaS products.
Develop and manage the budget for the SaaS division, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Proven experience of 6 years in a leadership role within SaaS product management. Strong understanding of SaaS business models, technology trends, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
Track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products.
