Business Development Executive
Our client is in search of motivated individual who thrives on going the extra mile and providing exceptional service. They are looking to add a Business Development Executive to their expanding team. This position will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the logistics industry as well as other duties outlined below.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their transportation needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Proven track record of success in business development within the logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of logistics industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
