- Monitor and troubleshoot routine EDI transactions and errors impacting order processing.
- Run and review open-order reports to identify outstanding orders, discrepancies, and potential shipment risks.
- Manage delivery dates, order status updates, and other order-related information within SAP.
- Proactively identify orders at risk of missing customer requirements or shipping deadlines and follow issues through resolution.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail Sales Operations, Customer Service, and other internal teams to resolve order issues.
- Support the day-to-day order management requirements of major retail customers while maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness.

- Experience investigating order holds, blocks, incomplete orders, delivery-date issues, and other exceptions within SAP.
- Experience with open-order reporting, order status management, and delivery scheduling.
- Prior experience within CPG, consumer products, food & beverage, or a similar industry supporting major retail customers.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to independently manage a high volume of transactional work.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and follow issues through to resolution.
