Senior Sales Executive (Remote)
Job Type: Full-time; Remote
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and close new shipper and customer accounts within the
- freight brokerage space
- Build and manage a book of business, driving consistent revenue growth
- Negotiate rates and contracts with new and existing customers
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (shippers,
- manufacturers, distributors)
- Partner with carrier sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in CRM
- Stay current on market trends, freight rates, and capacity conditions to inform
- pricing and strategy
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Experience:
Compensation Details: This position offers a competitive base salary.
- 3–5 years of logistics / brokerage sales experience
- Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role with a track record of
- closing new business
- Strong understanding of truckload (dry van and flatbed primarily), LTL, or
- intermodal/drayage freight markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, autonomous work environment
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
