The Position Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time; Remote

 Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and close new shipper and customer accounts within the
  • freight brokerage space
  • Build and manage a book of business, driving consistent revenue growth
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with new and existing customers
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (shippers,
  • manufacturers, distributors)
  • Partner with carrier sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
  • and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in CRM 
  • Stay current on market trends, freight rates, and capacity conditions to inform
  • pricing and strategy
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

​​​​
  • 3–5 years of logistics / brokerage sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role with a track record of
  • closing new business
  • Strong understanding of truckload (dry van and flatbed primarily), LTL, or
  • intermodal/drayage freight markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, autonomous work environment
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
