Carrier Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-time; On-site
Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and secure truckload capacity through an established and continuously expanding carrier network.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with carriers to support both spot and contractual freight opportunities.
- Monitor carrier performance, service levels, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal operations, external customers and customer service teams to ensure on-time pickup, delivery, and issue resolution.
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and digital tools to manage load coverage, track shipments, and update stakeholders in real time.
- Stay current on market conditions, industry trends, and rate fluctuations to make informed procurement decisions.
- Assist in managing carrier scorecards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and cost-efficiency.
- Other duties as may be required.
Experience:
- 1-2+ years of Carrier Sales experience is preferred

- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, or Marketing preferred
- Ability to Work Both Independently and in a Team Setting
