Job Title: Logistics Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-time; On-site
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through high-volume outbound sales activity (cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of shippers and carrier relationships across assigned territories and lanes
- Manage end-to-end shipment execution, including pricing, booking, tracking, and issue resolution
- Grow and manage an active book of business to achieve monthly gross profit targets
- Transition and onboard existing customer accounts for senior-level brokers with portable business
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Leverage company asset-backed capacity network to secure and execute freight solutions
Experience:
- 1–3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or logistics sales
- Proven ability to generate new business or maintain an active, transferable book of business
- Strong outbound sales discipline with ability to complete high-volume daily call activity
- Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly gross profit or revenue targets
- Strong understanding of freight brokerage operations, pricing, and transportation market dynamics
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Naperville, IL
Compensation Details: This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission
