Responsibilities:

- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales performance, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability and willingness to cold call.
