Regional Director of Sales


Job Type: Full-time; Remote

Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities include oversight of outside sales efforts, manage key accounts, and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track personal progress towards sales goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
  • Manage key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales performance, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability and willingness to cold call.
