Director of Business Development
Job Type: Full-time; Remote
Responsibilities:
- Identify and bring in exciting new key accounts that align with the company’s strategic vision.
- Craft and execute winning sales solutions and strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial meticulous prospecting, to closing game-changing strategic deals
- Develop innovative prospect proposals and sales plans that optimize profitability, while maintaining a competitive edge
- Collaborate with expert internal teams to create compelling RFI/RFP responses and quotes
- Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients through strategic account management
- Lead and collaborate in dynamic face-to-face meetings, sales calls, and facility tours to showcase our client’s capabilities.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Proficiency with modern sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and AI-powered solutions
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and fulfillment processes, along with the ability to quickly learn the Company's services and adeptly and effectively communicate their value
- Exceptional project management, communication, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to articulate complex supply chain solutions, covering physical, digital, and financial aspects
- Experience interfacing confidently at all levels in both large and small organizations
- Ability to create your ‘win plan’ to generate a pipeline, identify opportunities and close sales
- Our client is not looking for fulfillment and logistics ONLY sales – they are looking for full, end to end supply chain and light contract manufacturing sales focus and results
