Responsibilities:
  • Enters customer, supplier and vendor registrations in Mezzanine in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Accepts customer purchase orders and enters sales TC entries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Submits quotes to customers and prepares forecast requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Processes warehouse releases and customer ASNs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Creates and processes invoices to customers in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Works with Sales, Team Leader, and those necessary to order appropriate amounts of inventory in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Creates and sends purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Requests and processes supplier invoices, tracks and updates supplier pricing in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepares logistics quotes and coordinates logistic details in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manages material inbound arrangements in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Processes and posts inland freight and outward logistics entries in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Checks and posts duties (LIV) in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Files all necessary paperwork in Docuware in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitors and resolves rejection issues.
  • Processes sample, trial and service orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Adheres to schedules, notifies and escalates action as warranted; and communicates issues to direct supervisor, salesperson, sales team, and other business partners in real-time.
  • Completes all tasks in a timely and accurate manner to allow for timely monthly and annual closing.
  • Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate.
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other departments, teams, and employees to foster aid and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken. Keeps appropriate individuals informed in a timely manner of issues which may impact the sales department, the company, or financial results in any way.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
  • Works with technologies the Company developed to perform necessary job functions. Provides helpful input and knowledge as it relates to their work and duties. Examples of current technologies include but are not limited to: Overdrive, EDI(Radley), CRM, Docuware and SAP

Experience:
  • Associate degree in business, operations, sales, logistics, or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar operations environment.
  • Working knowledge of automotive supplier industry preferred.
  • Competency with SAP, Mezzanine, Overdrive and Docuware.
  • Intermediate level EXCEL.
