International Logistics Account Executive
Job Type: Full-time; Remote
Responsibilities:
- Close new clients for international freight forwarding and customs brokerage services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Educate prospects on the company’s capabilities, with a focus on compliance, reliability, and global reach.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to cross-sell trade consulting and domestic brokerage services, ensuring smooth lead handoff.
- Maintain detailed records of prospecting activity and lead status in CRM.
- Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and networking events as needed.
- Stay current on international trade regulations, logistics trends, and compliance best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B freight forwarding and customs brokerage sales.
- Deep understanding of global trade, transportation modes, and
compliance requirements. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hunter mentality with a passion for building new relationships and
closing deals. - Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Salesforce experience is a plus.
