Responsibilities:
- Develop, grow, and manage a profitable book of FTL business.
- Leverage embedded shipper relationships while building new accounts.
- Work with carrier reps and operations to ensure smooth execution and high service levels.
- Proactively communicate with shippers and carriers to solve problems in real-time.
- Contribute to the company’s growth strategy and team culture.
- Proven track record in freight brokerage (book of business is preferred but not required)
- Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter’s mindset
- Strong communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments
- Customer-first mentality with a focus on reliability and transparency
