Since 2016, they’ve specialized in full truckload (FTL) brokerage, with a core focus on time-sensitive and temperature-controlled freight — moving essential commodities such as protein, floral, foodservice, and cruise line freight.

Sr. Brokerage Account Executive

Job Type: Full-time; Hybrid

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, grow, and manage a profitable book of FTL business.
  • Leverage embedded shipper relationships while building new accounts.
  • Work with carrier reps and operations to ensure smooth execution and high service levels.
  • Proactively communicate with shippers and carriers to solve problems in real-time.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth strategy and team culture.
Experience:
  • Proven track record in freight brokerage (book of business is preferred but not required)
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter’s mindset
  • Strong communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments
  • Customer-first mentality with a focus on reliability and transparency
