CS Recruiting Helps Tandem Logistics Source a Strong, High-Level Candidate

Tandem Logistics was looking for a candidate with strong sales leadership experience who would be able to help build out their business development strategy. The Problem: Tandem Logistics was looking for a VP of sales candidate in the Texas market but they were new to the search in that area. The Result: The candidate was originally hired as more of an independent selling contributor but is now responsible for building out a team, making hires and acting as a strategic leader for the company.
