As a recruiting firm, we work with clients to find them the perfect candidates for their open roles. On the flip side, we help candidates find the next opportunity to enhance their careers.
Our business model consists of a team environment with different departments that focus on different tasks and initiatives. In order to best develop our people, we split our functions up so that our Account Management team manages client relationships while our Recruiters manage candidate relationships.
The main role of our Account Managers is to build relationships with our clients so we can conduct searches and be an extension of their team as we solicit and evaluate talent. Our Account Managers work closely with our internal teams of dedicated recruiters and manage the searches to ensure we are identifying the correct candidate profile.
Our Recruiters diligently search their own network and also go out to the market to search for new profiles specific to each search.
As the Recruiters surface potential candidates, they work with their Account Manager to confirm there's a fit prior to sharing each profile with the client.
And that is a high-level overview of how a placement is made and how we all win at the end: our team, the client, and the candidate.
We fill roles of all levels, across multiple functions that impact the overall Supply Chain, Transportation, and Logistics operation. You will work with clients and candidates all across the North American continent and interact with professionals ranging from Entry-Level all the way up to C-Suite.
