Job Type: Full-time; On-site
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a bilingual (English/Spanish) team to achieve daily and long-term goals.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of products, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Manage and optimize all production and packing processes to ensure quality, speed, and efficiency.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are consistently followed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including production output and packing accuracy.
- Collaborate with upper management to align warehouse operations with company goals.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, including leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience with production and packing operations within a
warehouse setting. - Experience with the FDA/Food product.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety protocols.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing
priorities. - Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, inventory
management systems).
