The Position

Job Title: VP of Supply Chain Management & Logistics

Job Type: Full-time; Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Owns the regional design, optimization, and execution of end-to-end supply chain

and logistics processes across the Americas, ensuring alignment with global strategy

• Develops and implements the regional SCM strategy in alignment with the 

global SCM strategy

• Defines regional supply chain network design and drives digitalization and

sustainability

• Sets long-term priorities for sourcing, capacity, and logistics

• Oversees planning, procurement, production, warehousing, and distribution

• Ensures achievement of service level, inventory, and cost targets while maintaining

supply chain resilience and cost efficiency

• Continuously improves SCM processes and systems

• Monitors, analyzes, and optimizes key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the

area of responsibility

• Aligns supply chain services with customer expectations and market needs,

ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across global and regional

requirements

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as

external partners, such as suppliers and logistics partners

• Analyzes market trends and customer requirements relevant to logistics, driving

service innovation and best practice adoption• Leads and develops regional SCM and logistics teams, fostering a culture of high

performance

• Drives talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability

building

• Promotes and enhances collaboration and knowledge sharing within the SCM

organization and across other business units

Experience:

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within a complex,

multi-site manufacturing environment

• Experience managing supply chain operations across multiple locations, including

U.S. and Mexico, with exposure to global coordination

• Strong background in demand planning, supply planning, and distribution network

design and execution

• Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain functions, including planning,

logistics, warehousing, and production coordination

• Demonstrated ability to scale and optimize supply chain operations in a high-

growth environment, including improving service levels, lead times, and cost

efficiency

• Experience working in international supply chains with an understanding of

import/export, tariffs, and cross-border logistics

• Strong systems experience, including SAP (MM, PP, APO/IBP) and data-driven

decision making through reporting and KPIs

• Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives such as process

improvement, network optimization, or supply chain digitalization

• Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams, with the ability to

operate both strategically and hands-on

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to

influence across operations, sales, procurement, and executive leadership
