Job Type: Full-Time; Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Lead warehouse projects from initiation through completion.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, inventory control, and operational procedures.
- Provide reporting on project performance and progress to leadership.
- Perform additional duties to support warehouse operations as required.
- Maintain communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing high level customer service.
- Understand, manage and execute against project budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- 5+ years of warehouse project management experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to handle complex projects
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; warehouse management software experience a plus
