The Position

Job Title: Sr. Carrier Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time; On-site

Responsibilities:
• Build and grow a reliable network of carriers
• Source capacity and cover daily freight needs
• Negotiate rates while maintaining service and margin goals
• Communicate closely with carrier partners, customers, and internal teams
• Stay on top of market conditions and lane pricing
• Problem-solve quickly when issues come up in transit
• Monitor carrier performance and help maintain strong long-term partnerships

Experience:
• 3+ years of carrier sales or freight brokerage experience
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of freight market trends and trucking operations
• Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple shipments at once
• Experience using load boards and TMS platforms
• Flatbed freight experience
• Box truck / straight truck carrier experience
• Existing carrier network is a plus
