Sr. Brokerage Account Executive
Our client is a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company built on a simple mission: deliver a seamless customer experience with complete supply chain visibility. Since 2016, they’ve specialized in full truckload (FTL) brokerage, with a core focus on time-sensitive and temperature-controlled freight — moving essential commodities such as protein, floral, foodservice, and cruise line freight.Sr. Brokerage Account Executive
Job Type: Full-time; Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Develop, grow, and manage a profitable book of FTL business.
- Leverage embedded shipper relationships while building new accounts.
- Work with carrier reps and operations to ensure smooth execution and high service levels.
- Proactively communicate with shippers and carriers to solve problems in real-time.
- Contribute to the company’s growth strategy and team culture.
- Proven track record in freight brokerage (book of business is preferred but not required)
- Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter’s mindset
- Strong communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments
- Customer-first mentality with a focus on reliability and transparency
