Project Manager – Food Manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time; Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases, delivering projects on time and in budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all project tasks are properly delegated and executed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, while proactively addressing challenges to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to clients, executive management, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project expenses, ensuring alignment with project budgets and company financial objectives.
- Manage and report project progress and issues, escalating as necessary.
- Function as the central point of contact for all projects from internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize project pipeline data to identify opportunities for support during project pursuit and preparation for execution and implementation.
- Identify and implement project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, with at least 7 years of Project Management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, balancing scope, budget, and time constraints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on initiative-taking solutions for potential project challenges.
- Collaborative personality and communication style with a strong inclination to action.
- Demonstrates strong diligence and attention to accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
