Job Type: Full-time; Remote
Responsibilities:
- Source and secure new customer relationships.
- Manage consistent conversations with customers with the goal of winning the right to manage the transportation of their overland fresh produce freight.
- Ultimately manage a book of business, with primary responsibility for the load volumes and revenue across customer accounts.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years in logistics coordination, freight, or similar operational roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are needed.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and TMS software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
