Our client is in business to provide solutions to mechanical design engineers and contractors in selecting green building boilers, boiler stacks, electric steam boilers and boiler room accessory equipment.

Mechanical Sales Engineer

Job Type: Full-time; Hybrid

Responsibilities:
  • Seek out prospective customers/business opportunities with both new & existing customers.
  • Identify potential projects within the Customer base.
  • Introduce & demonstrate new products and services to Customer accounts.
  • Create and process quotes and regularly follow up to ensure Customers are being serviced to company standards.
  • Generate profitable sales orders.
  • Provide post installation support.
  • Manage & grow the Customer account base throughout the Chicagoland area.

Experience:
  • MUST HAVE a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant Boiler, HVAC & Plumbing sales experience.
  • Excellent Communication (both written and verbal) skills.
  • Solid Attention-to-Detail & Organizational skills.
  • Strong relationship building and networking capability.
