Logistics Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time; Remote

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business with national shippers across OTR modes (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Temp-Controlled).
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, including solution-based selling and pricing strategy.
  • Leverage your existing shipper network to drive immediate revenue growth.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for accounts you close, ensuring smooth transition and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with operations and carrier sales teams to ensure successful freight execution.
  • Track pipeline activity, revenue forecasting, and CRM documentation.
  • Represent the company in RFPs, procurement events, and customer meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a partnership-driven approach.
Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in OTR/Freight Forwarding freight brokerage sales (non-asset 3PL model).
  • A University/College Degree is preferred.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Spanish and English will be preferred for
    review.
  • Proven track record of landing and growing mid-market to enterprise
    accounts.
  • Must bring a portable book of business with near-term revenue
    potential.
  • Familiarity with systems such as McLeod, DAT, Truckstop, or similar
    platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver in a remote environment.
  • No active non-solicit or non-compete agreements that would prevent
    onboarding business.
  • History of stability in previous roles—no frequent job-hopping.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

This position offers a competitive base salary.
