Job Type: Full-time; On-site
Responsibilities:
- Lead the "People" side of acquisitions; migrate staff onto unified HRIS/payroll platforms and blend diverse legacy teams into the company’s standard.
- Drive full cycle recruiting for Freight Brokers and Operations specialists; build a talent pipeline to support rapid expansion into new service lines.
- Manage all core HR functions for a 90-person multi-state workforce, ensuring compliance as our client’s geographic footprint expands.
- 5+ years in HR/Recruiting; experience in an M&A or high growth "roll- up" environment is highly preferred.
- Freight Brokerage or 3PL experience is preferred.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
