Logistics Account Executive
Our client is a newly launched freight brokerage based just outside the Atlanta metro area. Backed by a well-established sister company in the packaging and recycling space, the brokerage is positioned to support existing shipper customers with full-service freight solutions. Our client will manage high-volume, double-blind shipments of recycled materials, with plans to scale operations rapidly. With an estimated 200 loads per day and growing, the company is building a robust platform to support carrier sourcing, blind shipments, and load management.Logistics Account Executive
Job Type: Full-time; Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Source and close new business through prospecting, outreach, and follow-up.
- Nurture customer relationships for the first 90 days before handing off to the Account Management team.
- Act as the face of the company and guide customers through onboarding and their first few shipments.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline using the company’s CRM and automation tools.
- Collaborate daily with Carrier Sales and Operations to ensure smooth execution of what you sell.
- Demonstrated success in sales, with the ability to overcome objections, provide accurate quotes, and close deals.
- Driven and persistent, with a strong motivation to achieve goals and deliver results.
- Strong interpersonal presence with confidence, energy, and a positive attitude.
- Collaborative and adaptable team player who welcomes feedback and continuous learning.
