Job Type: Full-time; Remote
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new SaaS opportunities with shippers, brokers, and 3PLs.
- Conduct demos and product walk-throughs tailored to client workflows.
- Translate customer pain points into technology-driven solutions using our client’s platform.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and lead conversion.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution.
- Maintain CRM accuracy (HubSpot) for pipeline visibility and forecasting.
- Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to guide future feature development.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in freight tech, SaaS, or logistics sales is needed.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Understanding of 3PL, brokerage, and carrier operations.
- Comfortable presenting to multiple decision-makers (Ops, IT, Procurement).
- Proficiency with HubSpot or CRM tools preferred.
- Self-starter attitude with curiosity and resilience.
