Freight Forwarding Sales Leader

Job Type: Full-time; Hybrid

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed performance expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Bring in key sales opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback and training to improve results.
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required (Master’s degree is preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or related industries.
  • Experience in Express and eCommerce logistics a strong plus.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
  • Knowledge with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
