Job Type: Full-time; On-site
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to meet the company’s driver and staff hiring goals.
- Lead the recruiting team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Oversee all digital and traditional marketing initiatives related to driver and employee recruitment.
- Manage the company’s brand presence across social media, job boards, and community events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with driving schools, industry organizations, and referral partners.
- Organize and oversee company sponsorship events, community outreach, and local events to strengthen the company’s presence within the community, support recruiting initiatives, and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with operations, safety, and HR departments to ensure alignment of recruiting and retention efforts.
- Oversee all advertising and promotional campaigns to support hiring and brand awareness objectives.
- Review and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, improve efficiency, and optimize ROI.
- Manage budgets for recruiting, marketing, and advertising.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, DOT regulations, and internal company policies.
- •Represent the company professionally at conferences, career fairs, and community events.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and
company culture. - Provide executives with regular analysis of market trends, recruiting data, and competitor strategies to help guide decision-making and ensure the company remains competitive.
- Continuously research and vet marketing tools, technologies, and strategies to identify cost-effective opportunities that improve campaign performance and maximize return on investment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills are needed.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of recruiting techniques, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Proficient in CRM and applicant tracking systems, as well as social media advertising platforms.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
