Founded in May 2023, our client is a well-established freight brokerage that has quickly achieved over $10 million in revenue. They operate three warehouses, and have over 60 assets assigned to that MC, which has been in business since 2018.Cradle-to-Grave Sales Executive
Our client is seeking an experienced Cradle-to-Grave Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the freight brokerage field, bringing a strong network of industry contacts and (ideally) have an established book of business. However, our client also welcomes talented sales professionals who can effectively secure new customers and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full freight brokerage process from cradle to grave, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and carriers to facilitate efficient freight movement.
- Utilize your established book of business to generate revenue and contribute to company growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client’s customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Proven experience in the freight brokerage industry, with a strong understanding of logistics and transportation.
- An established book of business is preferred; however, strong sales talent and the ability to secure new customers will be considered.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in freight brokerage operations.
This position offers a competitive base salary.
