Responsibilities:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of carriers.
- Negotiating freight rates, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
- Utilizing transportation management software for planning and monitoring.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in carrier sales
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
