Our client is in search of a motivated, results-focused Business Development
Representative to bolster the company’s sales initiatives. Your role will include finding and evaluating new prospective customers, engaging with decision makers and scheduling virtual or in-person meetings.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for meetings or virtual calls.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
- Willing and able to travel and represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences approximately 4 times per year.
Experience:
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is preferred ideally in the logistics or supply chain field, minimum of 2 years.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and other sales and business development lead software.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Can own the sales process from lead generation to customer onboarding.
- Comfortable with cold calling and engaging prospects via phone, email, and social media.
