Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track personal progress towards sales goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales performance, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Experience:
- At least 1+ year of sales experience with a proven track record of success that drives revenue growth
- Prior 3PL / Logistics sales experience is a PLUS
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in account management practices and customer relationship building.
- Familiarity with SalesDash or similar CRM tools for managing sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
This position offers a competitive base salary + uncapped commission & quarterly bonus potential
