Job Type: Full-time; Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop reporting using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and SSRS
- Create and maintain departmental dashboards to support EOS management model
- Provide quality assurance of imported data and support Sys/IT/BI Leadership in maintaining data integrity
- Provide analytical insights on projects to support the leadership team in making decisions
- Identify and execute data automation opportunities
- Work with Management and Analysts from other departments to identify areas of opportunity and build the appropriate tools to solve the identified issues
- Support Accounting in analyzing profitability by presenting data and providing analytical support to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work closely with Systems and Project teams to capture data and develop system enhancements to improve operational capabilities
- Use analytical tools including routing software to find cost saving opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a similar field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Business savvy and team oriented
- Detail oriented and thorough
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 3+ years of SQL
- Power BI development experience
- Process automation experience via Microsoft Flow or other tools is beneficial
- Experience in the Operations or Logistics Industry is beneficial
