Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Air Product Head, Business Development, Key Account Management, and Strategic Partnership Management teams about new business opportunities.
- Provide client quotations for the commercial team or the client directly.
- Responsible for RFQs, Tenders, RFPs globally.
- Understand and clarify all aspects of the requests to work out the most competitive offer.
- Liaise with internal teams to identify the best and most suitable solution.
- Act as the link between different departments and the client.
- Identify and work on target business opportunities to improve the network utilization regarding providing a competitive solution to the clients
- Collect & analyze pricing feedback & competition updates for continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update pricing for existing accounts, considering overall account profitability.
- Proven experience in handling and pricing airfreight.
- Commercial minded, be able to upsell to customers.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong account and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as an effective team member.
- Good time management skills, ability to prioritize workload, and flexibility to work to strict deadlines.
- Strong organization and administration skills.
- Analytical ability with good attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Determined and assertive, prepared to get into detail to understand the complex cost drivers of the business.
