Our client has been providing green chemicals and technical services for biological contaminant removal applications in water and wastewater treatment systems since 2003. They currently provide more than 550 wastewater treatment plants with a safer, more effective and environmentally sustainable solution. In addition, they offer highly specialized technical expertise and support to help plant engineers and operators optimize the use of our products and achieve their effluent performance objectives.

Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator role is a full-time exempt position reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This role operates within the Company’s headquarters located in Pocasset, Massachusetts.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment Tracking and Customer Invoicing.
  • Communicating with Company Vendors – Communicate orders to service providers. This is including but not limited to, third party carriers, brokerage providers, material providers, manufacturing service providers.
  • Administrative Support – Candidate will be required to review and enter AP invoices related to manufacturing operations in the ERP system, as well as, various clerical duties.
  • Finance and Human Recourses Support – Candidate will be required to complete HR and Finance responsibilities directed department needs.
  • Inventory Management – Candidate will work closely with the Operations team and contract manufacturers to maintain adequate inventory.
  • Data Entry – Candidate will be required to maintain clear, concise data relating to orders, inventory, quality control, etc.
  • Front Desk and Inbound Call Triage - Answer inbound calls on the general phone line. Gather basic information and direct caller to the appropriate party.

Experience:
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be a strong team player who is professional and courteous.
  • Strong department and inter-department coordination required.
  • Must be a quick learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • CRM database experience (Salesforce) desired.
  • Experience in ERP/Business Management Software (QuickBooks/Epicor) desired.
