Logistics Account Manager
Our client is currently seeking a Logistics Account Manager to play a leading role in ensuring their clients receive superior service. The Account Manager will work with clients directly to provide pro-active account feedback and continuous improvement opportunities as well as problem solving.

Job Type: Full-time

  • High volume of Client Interaction through email and phone.
  • Educate clients on services through the company’s online program.
  • Recognize and communicate market trends and seasonality that affect freight and transportation.
  • Identify data trends to maximize client business potential.
  • Process and problem solve client or technical issues.
  • Maintain professional and industry knowledge.
  • Develop client relationships and contacts at all levels.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client implementation and or customer service
  • Transportation experience a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong problem solving and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Skill to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Able to understand recurring problems and resolve them
