Dispatcher, Long-Haul Trucking

Job Type: Full-time; Remote

Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch drivers for long-haul routes
Optimize loads and routes for efficiency and profitability
Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers
Monitor shipments and resolve issues proactively
Coordinate with brokers, customers, and internal teams
Track performance metrics and service levels

Experience:

2+ years of dispatch experience in trucking or logistics
Strong understanding of load planning and routing
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation Details: This position offers a competitive base salary + commission.
