Job Title: Customer Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-time; Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop new customers (lead generation, pricing, follow up) to increase company profitability.
- Outbound prospecting - email, phone, potential prospect visits.
- Pursue, build, and develop/maintain relationships with a focus on consistent revenue growth and account penetration.
- Create efficiencies for customers as a consultative logistics provider.
- Possess continuous/ongoing knowledge of market conditions, industry developments, and industry networking.
- Facilitate bids and RFPs.
- Facilitate spot quoting during different market conditions.
- Maintain a “book of business”.
- Load building, load maintenance and load coverage when needed.

- 8+ years of experience in a freight brokerage or third-party logistics (3PL) environment, specifically within customer sales, client sales, or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
- Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods while working at a desk or computer.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move items weighing 15–25 pounds.
