Overview:
Swivel Capacity Solutions is a growing brokerage backed by an established asset-based transportation company. With a strong operational foundation already in place, we’re looking to bring on a sales professional who can help expand our customer base beyond existing relationships and play a key role in building the business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new shipper relationships across target markets
- Build and manage your own book of business from the ground up
- Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through onboarding and account growth
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service execution aligns with customer expectations
- Stay close to market trends and provide feedback to help shape our go-to-market approach
- Represent Swivel in a professional manner to win and retain business
- 3+ years of logistics brokerage sales experience with an emphasis on FTL, dry van freight
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts
- Comfortable in a startup or build-out environment where structure is still evolving
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-directed approach
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally with operations
