Job Type: Full-time; Remote
Responsibilities:
- Remote Sales Representatives are responsible for acquiring new shipper accounts, developing recurring freight lanes, and expanding gross profit within their portfolio.
- Sales owns customer acquisition and relationship development while centralized operations owns carrier procurement, pricing validation, and load execution.
- Primary targets include:
- Consumer packaged goods manufacturers and distributors
- Palletized freight shippers
- Mid-sized shippers with repeat lanes
- Companies with consistent regional or national freight demand
- Achieve daily and weekly KPI’s.
- Each sales representative should maintain active pipeline value equal to 4–5× their monthly gross profit production target. This ensures a consistent conversion flow and protects against deal attrition.
Experience:
- 3+ years of proven brokerage sales experience with a primary focus in FTL dry van freight.
- Seeking a true hunter who is self-motivated and disciplined.
- Must be able to clearly articulate sales numbers and how you personally generated that revenue.
Compensation Details: This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission.
