The Position

Job Title: Freight Forwarding Strategic Sales Executive
   
Job Type: Full-time; Remote

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and close strategic business with new prospects and existing clients through consultative, solution-based sales approaches.
  • Build and maintain relationships within large multinational organizations to understand their supply chain needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and regions to develop, present, and implement complex, customized proposals that drive customer value.
  • Analyze customer data, market trends, and internal insights to identify opportunities and make informed, timely decisions.
  • Maintain a strong and evolving sales pipeline using customer relationship management tools and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand presence and identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with customer needs and company strategy.
  • Continuously develop expertise in transportation services, analytics, technology, and market dynamics to deliver innovative solutions.

Experience:
  • 5 years of International Freight Forwarding experience
  • Sales, Account Management, or Inside Sales experience is needed
  • Combination of Air, Ocean, Customs, Truckload, LTL experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong internet and Wi-Fi access
  • Experience working remotely is necessary
  • Proven Sales track record
