Logistics Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time; On-site
Responsibilities: Correspond with customers and suppliers to meet service expectations across all parties.
Take ownership of shipments from tender through delivery, proactively identifying and resolving service issues to ensure on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a working knowledge of customer requirements, industry standards, and market trends.
Quote customer opportunities and coordinate shipments from tender through delivery.
Manage order entry, dispatch, tracking, scheduling, delivery monitoring, and accessorials.
Identify and support organic sales opportunities through excellent service and relationship building. Experience: A college or Associates degree is preferred, but not mandatory
Strong customer service mindset: communicative, consistent, proactive, and professional
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong customer and carrier relationships
Solid computer proficiency, including general business systems and Microsoft Office This position offers a competitive base salary.
